    • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are ready. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

    • We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Size exchanges are accepted for the same product only, provided the item is in stock. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
